Agreement

These terms govern use of the wallie website, the open-source AllowanceKit software, and the Wallie Cloud service, provided by Eames (trading as 1YC), the Netherlands. By using the site or subscribing to Wallie Cloud you accept them.

Open-source software (AllowanceKit)

AllowanceKit is licensed under the MIT license. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for its configuration and for any payments your agents authorize within the rails you define.

Wallie Cloud subscription

• Price: €20 per workspace per month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe. VAT may apply based on your location.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime through billing management or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. A scheduled cancellation takes effect on the date shown by Stripe. After cancellation takes effect, there is an additional seven-day grace period before agent-ingestion access ends.
• Refunds: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first month's payment for a full refund of that first month. Renewal periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Funds & keys: Wallie Cloud is non-custodial. Your agent wallets, keys and funds remain in infrastructure you control; we do not hold customer funds or wallet private keys.

Data, sub-processors & retention

Wallie Cloud stores connected-agent decision events, notification text and details, liveness and runtime metadata, account records, and delivery status. It uses workspace keys for authentication; wallet private keys and signing remain in your infrastructure. Do not include credentials in custom event text. See the Privacy Policy for the data fields and processing details.

We rely on the following sub-processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email alerts) and Twilio (SMS alerts).

Event records and their associated delivery records expire 90 days after receipt. After cancellation takes effect, the workspace’s event and delivery records are deleted after 30 days, or earlier when their normal retention period expires. The scheduled cleanup runs every minute and processes records in batches. You can also request deletion by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You will not use wallie or Wallie Cloud to violate payment-network rules, sanctions, or applicable law, and you remain responsible for what your agents do with spending authority you grant them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our aggregate liability arising from Wallie Cloud or the site is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.

Law & venue

Dutch law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
