PreStocks tokenizes pre-IPO shares on Solana and publishes a mark price next to the token price. When a token trades well under its mark, a Wallie agent pays a cent for the report, decides, and buys on Jupiter. Every cent of data and every dollar of stock comes out of one allowance the agent cannot exceed, and both land in the same ledger.

Every poll opens a $0.10 x402 channel, is charged $0.01 for the report, and gets $0.09 back. A discount alert on a symbol in the buy list goes through the buy policy: budget, per-trade cap, price impact, and a fill ceiling against mark. Refusals are logged with the reason, not thrown.

What stands between the alert and the swap.
The Wallie allowance sees a buy as a payment to Jupiter. Every rail that governs a paid API call governs the swap too, and the buy policy adds four of its own.
Allowance rails (allowance-kit)
Host allowlist, per-call cap, rolling velocity limit, lifetime budget, human approval above a threshold, kill switch. A refused buy is a blocked row in the ledger.
Buy policy (wallie-prestocks)
maxPerTradeUsd, maxTotalUsd, maxPriceImpact from Jupiter's quote, maxFillOverMark against the PreStocks mark. One buy per symbol per session.
Only PreStocks
The executor refuses any mint that is not a Pre… Token-2022 mint. It reads the ScaledUiAmount multiplier off the mint so the 5-for-1 SPACEX split prices correctly.
Dry run first
The demo quotes live Jupiter routes and signs nothing. Real swaps need --i-mean-mainnet, a funded key, and a five-second countdown.
